1. Why do my billing and shipping address have to match?
- We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.
2. Why my online order has been cancelled?
- We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be potential fraud transactions.
3. What doe it mean if a product is final sale?
- Items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. All orders shipped to USA are considered Final Sale.
4. Can I order by telephone or email?
- We are unable to take orders by telephone or email. If you have any issues while making an online purchase, please contact our customer service team who will gladly help via chat or email.
- Please check your spam/junk folder for an order confirmation email. If nothing is found, contact our customer service team to confirm if your order has been successfully received.
6. When will I receive my order?
- Orders that are placed by 12:00PM EST will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, regardless of shipping speed selected.
7. Can I return sale items?
- All discounted items are considered Final Sale. All products marked as “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. All sizing inquiries must be addressed and finalized prior to checkout for final sale items.
