- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Item must be in original selling condition (new, unopened, unused, unwashed and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached to be considered for return.
- Item purchased from our online store can be return at our physical WEVE Shop location.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will not be accepted if the item is retuned without contact, of if the items is returned or canceled due to refusal of receipt.
- It takes 3 to 5 business days (excluding public holidays) after the returned package(s) arrives at our store for your return to be processed and a credit to be issued to your account.
- WEVE Inc. holds all rights to cancel orders that are flagged with risk, and will refund as a result.
- We do not accept order cancellations after the order is shipped unless you receive the wrong items or there is a problem with the item. We also do not accept any returns for buyers's remorse.

- The billing address and shipping address must match when placing an order otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.
- We will accommodate for items purchased on www.weve.ca and physical WEVE Shop within the Canada for the same style in a different size or colour, or for a different item of higher or lower value entirely. Exchanges are only processed upon the receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability and not guaranteed. Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A maximum of one exchange pre order will be allowed.
Final Sale Items
- Items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items are sold at discounted prices due to existing defects will not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Items are sold at sale prices will not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Clearance, Discount and Closeout items will not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Due to hygiene reasons, the following item cannot be returned or exchanged: Baby items, Socks, inner-wear, packaged items.
- All orders shipped to United States are considered Final Sale.
- All private sale is Final Sale.
Defective / Missing Items
- Customer must notify our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of arrival if package found with visible damages or missing merchandise.
Returned to Sender / Refused Shipments
- Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by carriers will be returned to our warehouse. All packages returned to our warehouse will be treated as returns. Refunds (after deducted the return shipping charge) will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
WEVE Inc. reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements, or are returned without written approval.
