CANADA
- Ontario & Quebec: Free shipping on orders of CAD $85 or more (before applicable taxes).
- All Other Provinces: Free shipping on orders of CAD $99 or more (before applicable taxes).
- A flat shipping rate of CAD $14.99 applies to orders below the applicable free shipping threshold.
- Certain regions within Canada may be excluded from our standard shipping services and Free Shipping Policy.
- Orders of CAD $200 or more require a signature upon delivery.
- Free shipping does not apply to large and/or heavy items.
- Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
WEVE Inc. reserves the right to exclude certain regions and items from the Free Shipping Policy. Items that do not qualify for free shipping will be marked as “Excluded from Free Shipping.”
Returned to Sender / Refused Shipments
- Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by carriers will be returned to our warehouse. All packages returned to our warehouse will be treated as returns. Refunds (after deducted the return shipping charge) will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- All online orders need 2-3 days to processed and delivered during Monday - Friday, expect for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery time during holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Customers MUST agree that the shipping address is accurate, otherwise WEVE is not liable to loss.
- All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication.
