Shipping Update: November 15, 2024
WEVE SHOP is fully operational, with all shipments currently managed by UPS to ensure prompt delivery. Due to the ongoing Canada Post labour disruption, we are temporarily unable to ship to certain regions within the country including Rural Roads or PO Boxes. We appreciate your understanding and continued support during this time!
CANADA
- Free shipping for orders of CAD $85 or more (Before applicable taxes)
- CAD $12.99 for orders of less than CAD $85
(Certain regions within the country are not covered by our shipping services) - All orders $200 and over will require a signature upon delivery.
- Free Shipping does not apply to large and/or heavy items.
- Exceptions: Some areas of the country are excluded from our Free Shipping Policy.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
WEVE Inc. reserves the right to exclude area and items from the free shipping policy. items will be marked as "Excluded from Free Shipping".
USA
- Free shipping for orders of CAD $165 or more (Before applicable taxes)
- CAD $20 for orders of less than CAD $165
- All orders $200 and over will require a signature upon delivery.
- Free Shipping does not apply to large and/or heavy items.
- All orders to USA are Final Sale.
Returned to Sender / Refused Shipments
- Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by carriers will be returned to our warehouse. All packages returned to our warehouse will be treated as returns. Refunds (after deducted the return shipping charge) will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- All online orders need 2-3 days to processed and delivered during Monday - Friday, expect for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery time during holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Customers MUST agree that the shipping address is accurate, otherwise WEVE is not liable to loss.
- All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication.
