Price Adjustment Policy:
WEVE Inc.reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the WEVE online store and retail store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Should WEVE reduce its price on any product on online store/ in-store within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to visit an WEVE retail store or contact the WEVE online customer support email at email@example.com to request a refund or store credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price.
WEVE offers customers a price adjustment under the following conditions:
- An item purchased has gone on sale or its price had been reduced within 15 calendars days from the date received the order.
- An item which request to price adjustment must current in stock available, same style and same size.
- Price adjustment may only be applied once per item.
**Customer might subject to charge additional shipping cost, only if the new total order (after price adjusted) were not qualified for the free shipping offers. If this occurred, WEVE will offer In-store/Online credits.
Price Match Policy:
If an item is sold by another online retailer at a lower price, WEVE will match their price. To know if an item qualifies, please refer to the conditions below:
- The retailer must be an authorized retailer
- The same brand, style, size, colour, material and season of the item must be in stock on the retailer's website at the time price match request is made
- The final price is advertised in the same currency as the price listed on the WEVE website.
