- The original return form is required to return all merchandise bought on weve.ca.
- Item must be in original selling condition (new, unopened, unused, unwashed and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached to be considered for return.
- Item can be returned within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your package.
- Item purchased from our online store can be return to our store via mail. Customer need to pay for shipping back to our store.
- Merchandise that is sold at discounted prices due to existing defects are final sale.
- Merchandise sold at sale prices will not eligible for refunds. Store may accept exchanges for items of an equivalent or higher value.
- Clearance, Discount and Closeout items are final sale.
- We do not offer price adjustments.

- It take 3 to 5 business days after a package arrives at our store for your return to be processed and a credit to be issued to your account.
